As part of the Public Fundraising team, which shapes the relationship with private donors, you make an important contribution to the successful acquisition of funds and the future viability of CBM Christoffel Blindenmission. Your tasks You have technical responsibility for existing binding and upgrade measures in Public Fundraising and develop new measures in these areas. This includes the following tasks in detail: • Editorial planning, coordination and continuous development of the donation magazine as part of the binding measures • Conceptual further development of upgrade products (theme and project sponsorships) • Planning, coordination and further development of cross-media upgrade measures • Development and expansion of Donor Journeys with a focus on upgrade • Collaboration on the conception of the annual planning in Public Fundraising • Development of new ideas together with the Public Fundraising team You bring • At least 2-3 years of experience in a comparable position in fundraising or marketing • (Technical) college or equivalent degree • Ideally, further training (CAS or higher) in fundraising • Very good written and verbal communication skills • Independent, structured, precise and reliable working method • Team player* with the necessary dose of assertiveness and pleasure in bringing new ideas • No problem coordinating and driving multiple projects simultaneously and also keeping track of things in challenging times • Conceptual and analytical thinking as well as solution-oriented working method • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • CRM know-how and willingness to work with a CRM • German as mother tongue, good English and French skills, Italian an advantage • Basic knowledge or willingness to further educate in barrier-free communication We offer you • A responsible and varied activity in an international non-profit organization • A committed, motivated and helpful team that looks forward to you • The opportunity to bring in your own experiences and ideas and further develop areas of topic • Promotion and support for personal and professional development as well as further education • Generous social benefits in the over-obligatory area • Possibility for home office and mobile work Applications from people with disabilities are welcome, and we are prepared to make appropriate arrangements to enable employment.
