In this role, you will take responsibility for the further development of our Business Process Management and accompany improvement initiatives throughout the entire cycle - from analysis to implementation to success monitoring. In doing so, you will work closely with managers, specialist departments, and corporate functions and make a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of our organization. Which tasks will you undertake?--

You will

• further develop the company-wide Business Process Management - with the managers of E+H Switzerland and the corresponding specialists in the E+H Group - as well as ensure the maintenance and further development of the process landscape.
• identify potential for improvement in processes and interfaces, analyze process KPIs, and implement sustainable optimization measures together with the specialist departments.
• moderate workshops with colleagues (Management Team, managers, and employees) for process recording, interface clarification, and continuous improvement, as well as apply Lean and problem-solving methods.
• coordinate cross-departmental improvement initiatives and act as a contact person for Corporate, process owners, and specialist departments.
• take on defined tasks in Quality Management and represent the Director Quality Management on selected topics.

• have a business administration, technical, or comparable educational background and bring an interest in the respective other field.
• bring experience in process management, Continuous Improvement, Lean Management (e.g., Green Belt), or a comparable environment.
• think analytically, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and derive pragmatic solutions from complex contexts.
• convince through communication strength, moderation competence, and the ability to win different stakeholders for changes.
• enjoy having cross-departmental influence, bringing people together, motivating, and anchoring improvements sustainably.
• have a high affinity for digital solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP, and BPM systems) and use modern technologies in a targeted manner. In doing so, you recognize the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and use it responsibly to increase efficiency, quality, and customer orientation.
• Very good German skills, good English skills, French is an advantage.
