Head of HR Services 80% (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for a Head of HR Services 80% (m/f/d) starting from January 2027

Tasks:

• Team Leadership: Personnel and functional leadership of five specialists in the area of HR Services.
• Payroll & Social Insurance: Overall responsibility for payroll accounting including all year-end tasks and social insurance closings.
• HR Administration: Handling of the entire personnel administration along the HR lifecycle (entry to exit) as well as conducting salary classifications.
• Special & Client Administration: Responsibility for client administration, billing of services, and management of the central key management.
• Processes, Digitalization & Controlling: Support and further development of the time tracking system, creation of HR key figures/personnel controlling, and active participation in the digitalization of HR processes.
• Support for Management: Administrative and organizational relief for the management including minute-taking at management and committee meetings.
• Interface Function: Close, cross-departmental cooperation with all internal contact persons and interfaces.

Qualifications

• Education & Further Training: Commercial basic training with targeted further training in HR, finance/accounting, or the social insurance sector.
• Payroll & Law: Sound, several years of practice in payroll accounting as well as very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and the social insurance system.
• Leadership Experience: Proven leadership competence with the motivation to accompany a specialist team in an appreciative, solution-oriented manner during day-to-day business.
• Systems & Digitalization: High affinity for numbers, data, and processes, sound knowledge of HR systems (Abacus an advantage) and MS Office, as well as enjoyment of process digitalization.
• Personality: Exact, structured, and independent way of working, strong discretion, as well as enjoyment of a dynamic hub function with versatile contact persons.
