HR Consultant – Recruiter

My tasks

• Advising and supporting our internal departments in the search for top talent
• Analysis of job profiles and creation of attractive advertisements
• Active candidate search via platforms, networks, and direct approach
• Conducting initial selection interviews (by telephone and in person)
• Creation of meaningful candidate profiles for hiring management
• Support during contract negotiations and closing processes
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and departments

My profile

• Completed commercial or HR-relevant training
• Experience in recruiting or in personnel consulting is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; further language skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and recruiting tools
• Proactive, structured, and independent way of working
• Friendly appearance as well as high customer and service orientation
• Teamwork skills, empathy, and willingness to learn
