The Real Estate department ensures the management, maintenance, and development of EHL's infrastructure. Its role is to guarantee high-performing, safe, and sustainable facilities, while driving improvement and investment projects that support the experience of students, employees, and campus visitors. Team Leader - CVCS The mission of the Team Leader CVCS is to ensure the reliability, performance, and sustainability of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary (CVCS) facilities on campus. He/she guarantees proactive and service-oriented maintenance, coordinates technical teams and external providers, and contributes to the energy optimization of the infrastructure to support the academic and operational activities of EHL. Your responsibilities: Supervise, organize, and develop a team of technicians within a culture of quality, safety, and service. Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to guarantee the availability of CVCS facilities. Coordinate interventions by internal teams and external providers while ensuring the quality of services. Manage emergency interventions and effectively prioritize actions in a demanding environment. Create, update, and optimize maintenance plans to improve the reliability of the facilities. Manage small technical projects as well as the administrative follow-up of quotes, orders, and interventions. Use and optimize CMMS tools to improve planning, monitoring of interventions, and service performance. Contribute to the energy optimization of the campus by identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions. Analyze the state of CVCS facilities and propose sustainable solutions guaranteeing their long-term performance. Act as the CVCS technical reference for the campus and contribute to the infrastructure renewal and investment strategy. Your profile: You hold a technical qualification at CFC, ES, HES level or equivalent in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary or a related field. You have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in CVCS maintenance, ideally in a complex tertiary environment (campus, hospitality, hospital setting or equivalent). You have successful experience in supervising technical teams and coordinating external providers. You have a good understanding of the challenges of preventive and corrective maintenance as well as the operation of complex technical facilities. You have experience in using a CMMS tool or the ability to adopt it quickly. You are recognized for your sense of service, your reactivity, and your pragmatism. You are able to supervise, organize, and motivate a team within a logic of quality, safety, and service. You are comfortable in managing priorities, decision-making, and coordinating multiple activities. You are field-oriented and actively contribute to continuous improvement as well as the optimization of facility performance. You are a native French speaker and possess good knowledge of English (B2).
