We are looking for the CMS of Moudon, a: Centre Manager at 80% Mission: Ensure the management of the CMS in accordance with the home maintenance policy and within the framework of the allocated human and financial resources. Manage a staff of around 100 collaborators with the help of 3 team leaders. Guarantee the proper execution of medical-social and administrative services provided to CMS clients. Contribute to the development of medical-social services in the regional socio-sanitary network while ensuring efficiency measures. Develop local partnerships with medical-social actors in the sector. Contribute to the implementation of cantonal and regional projects. Profile: HES diploma in the socio-sanitary field. Proven experience in Vaud CMS. Higher education in management and team management. Experiences and skills in the field of management and leadership of a large team. Good knowledge of the socio-sanitary field. Ability to manage projects and drive change. Organisational and priority management skills. Leadership, negotiation skills and communication skills.
