HR/Social Insurance BVG Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• A varied part-time position (60%) with responsibility, exciting insights into the world of pension funds as well as a collegial environment in which cooperation and mutual support are a matter of course.
• Processing of all pension fund business cases, in particular entries and exits as well as retirements
• Processing and posting of bank and accounting documents
• Reconciliation of PK accounting with HR, financial accounting and technical administration
• Ensuring timely pension payments
• Coordination with reinsurance and technical administration
• Collaboration on the annual financial statements of the pension fund
• Providing information to beneficiaries
• Registration of disability incapacity with the reinsurer
• Processing of IV pension decisions
• Creation of statistics and evaluations regarding the pension fund
• Administration of the pension fund's holiday apartment

What you bring with you

• Daily work is varied and not always predictable – ideal for a personality who maintains an overview even under different levels of stress and can set clear boundaries
• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in accounting, HR or social insurance
• Further training in the field of BVG, HR or social insurance is an advantage
• German native language, French and Italian skills are an advantage
• Interest in pension fund and social insurance topics
• Exact, structured and reliable way of working
• Flair for numbers and enjoyment of administrative tasks
• Team player with a service orientation, who maintains an overview even in demanding phases
