Main missions Ensure the management and development of the Bureau des enquêtes publiques et des autorisations de construire, by ensuring its proper functioning and the coordination of the team. Support and follow building permit files, while guaranteeing their efficient processing and their close coordination between the different communal and cantonal services. Ensure the transversality of the steps and promote fluid collaboration between the different stakeholders, in order to guarantee the coherence, quality and efficiency of the process related to building permits. Conditions of engagement Be a HES certified architect, holder of a CFC as a building draughtsman or have experience deemed equivalent; Justify several years of experience in the construction field, with proven experience in project management and team management; Have good knowledge of construction law, architecture, urban planning and heritage, as well as in the application of current regulations; Master usual IT tools and show an interest in digitalization and the optimization of processes; Be a French native speaker and have excellent written and oral communication skills; Demonstrate dynamism, good organizational skills, rigor and diplomacy; Demonstrate an analytical and synthetic spirit as well as a sense of public service.
