We are looking for an Account Manager / in Dunning as a reinforcement for our team with the following tasks: * Analysis and processing of account overruns * Independent triggering of dunning notices, cancellations and transfers to our collection agency * Commenting on overrun reports with higher risk * Independent agreement of payment arrangements with customers, taking into account internal instructions * Written and telephone contact with customers, customer advisors, internal departments as well as authorities and offices * General administrative tasks Your Team The Dunning team in the Client Lifecycle & Servicing department is responsible for the entire dunning process, from triggering account overruns to handing over to the collection agency. From our modern location at the train station in Biel, the ten-member, three-language team looks after all basic customers within Switzerland. In addition to direct contact with our customers, we provide various services in this area for our customer advisors, authorities and offices.
