• You lead, develop, and coach employees as well as team leaders in the field of special cleaning.

• You maintain existing customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• You are responsible for the budget, costs, and results of your area.

• You continuously develop processes, standards, and working methods.
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Completed vocational training (EFZ) with further training in the field of building cleaning, facility management, operational maintenance, or a comparable specialist field.
• Several years of experience in special cleaning as well as proven leadership experience are mandatory.
• Several years of experience in leading employees and teams.
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong awareness of costs and quality.
• High understanding of service and enjoyment of customer contact.
• Organizational strength, initiative, and a solution-oriented way of working.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language.
• Good MS (365) skills are a matter of course for you.
• Driver's license category B.
