We offer an ideal position for an experienced person wishing to invest themselves in a quality brasserie kitchen within a recognized establishment in the region. Indispensable conditions: • Confirmed experience in brasserie cuisine • Fluent French • Work permit B • Residence in the Morges region or nearby (Saint-Prex, Allaman, Lausanne and environs) • Availability at 100% The position: You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef and actively participate in the preparation and sending of dishes in compliance with the establishment's standards. The work rhythm is mainly concentrated on 4 days per week, with days that can be intense during the high season. Depending on activity, a fifth working day may occasionally be requested. Your missions: • Preparation and plating of dishes • Participation in mise en place • Compliance with recipes and instructions from the head chef • Management of your workstation • Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards • Participation in the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen • Collaboration with the entire kitchen team Your profile: • Confirmed experience in brasserie cuisine indispensable • Good execution capacity and sense of organization • Flexible and reliable.
