We are looking for a strong-willed, dynamic and entrepreneurial personality by agreement as: Director of Human Resources (m/f) 100% Your tasks: Responsible for the entire HR department and our approx. 200 employees Responsible for personnel requirements planning, -procurement, -development, -support, -reduction Monthly payroll processing including mutations and payroll lists for FIBU Preparation of the personnel budget and the monthly forecasts Responsible for compliance with labor law and L\-GAV Responsible for the entire HR administration Responsible for recruiting Control of the duty rosters including checking for L\-GAV compliance Annual holiday planning Settlement of withholding tax and monitoring the currency of all permits including 3\. foreign countries Responsible for the currency of documents including uniform regulations, appearance/hygiene regulations, house rules, personnel regulations and job descriptions Creation and monitoring of processes in the entire HR area Establishment and maintenance of recruitment agencies, schools, authorities, GastroSocial \& insurance companies Our requirements Sound experience in a comparable position in the hotel/gastronomy industry Further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma is an advantage Federal vocational trainer Experience with Mirus 3\.0 is an advantage Good knowledge of labor and social insurance law as well as L\-GAV Flawless German and English skills, any further foreign language is an advantage Assertiveness, service-oriented and resilient personality with a flair for numbers Strong social competence and communication skills, as well as a natural and empathetic demeanor Structured, exact and independent way of working We offer you Central location for an easy commute (5 minutes' walk from Luzern train station) Attractive working time model (mostly office hours) A professional and dynamic team Benefit from the Audi fleet discount And many other benefits such as Brands For Employees, Corporate Benefits, discount at Europapark, Hotelcard etc. Have you become curious?
