Your tasks

• Leadership, promotion, and further development of a team of around 15-20 customer and/or sales advisors
• Management of quality, productivity, and relevant key figures of the assigned customer projects
• Carrying out coachings, employee appraisals, and monitorings with a focus on motivation, quality, and performance
• Ensuring smooth processes as well as communicating and continuously updating project-relevant specialist content
• Reviewing project goals, initiating suitable measures in case of deviations, and creating relevant reportings

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, Customer Service, or contact center environments, ideally with leadership experience
• Joy in the leadership, motivation, and further development of employees
• Empathic, responsible, and goal-oriented personality with a strong awareness of quality
• Flawless German skills, good French or Italian skills are an advantage
