HR Manager

For Raiffeisenbank Sempachersee-Rottal Süd, a successful and locally oriented advisory bank with branches in Buttisholz, Hildisrieden, Neuenkirch, Nottwil, Ruswil and St. Erhard, we are looking for an independent, committed and service-oriented personality as HR Manager (80 - 100 %) effective immediately or by arrangement.
In this versatile key position, you will be responsible for the entire HR management for our bank with around 50 employees and will actively help shape the further development of our corporate culture.

What awaits you?

• Overall responsibility for Human Resources Management as well as its ongoing further development
• Responsibility for payroll accounting and the payment of wages
• Responsibility for administrative activities in connection with personnel (maintaining personnel files, working time management, maintenance of the employment relationship and personnel regulations, issuing employment confirmations and certificates, processing training and further education, etc.)
• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process from the job advertisement to successful onboarding (job advertisement, applicant management, recruitment interviews, references, terms of employment including salary offers in consultation with the bank management, contract creation, design of induction, probationary period discussion, etc.)
• Coordination and organizational design of the onboarding of new employees in cooperation with the responsible managers
• Planning, coordination and accompaniment of the annual HR processes such as target agreements, performance dialogues and qualitative personnel planning
• Contact person for employees and managers in all HR processes and in the personnel system
• High degree of creative freedom, short decision-making paths and direct cooperation with the bank management
• Contemporary working conditions in a newly designed, modern working environment

What do you bring with you?

*Commercial basic training as well as further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma or a comparable qualification
*Several years of experience in a broadly based HR generalist function with high personal responsibility
*Experience in advising managers on labor law and personnel issues
*Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance
*Assertive, service-oriented and analytical personality with high resilience
*High social competence and communication strength – empathetic and trust-building
*Structured, precise and independent way of working
*Enjoyment of taking on responsibility and driving HR topics forward pragmatically and solution-oriented
