TEAM LEADERSHIP FOR OUR RESIDENTIAL GROUP "ACCESS TO THE PARK" We take care of people with disabilities with heart and professionalism. We promote, support, care for and nurture. To this end, we offer 147 residential places in various forms of living as well as 180 jobs. Additionally, 90 places are available in the day care center. Our 11 residential groups with individual focuses are located in Bülach and Kloten. For our team at the Kloten (Graswinkel) site, we are looking for a TEAM LEADERSHIP FOR OUR RESIDENTIAL GROUP "ACCESS TO THE PARK" Dipl. nursing specialist or SozPäd with leadership experience 80-100% Your area of responsibility Your field of activity At Pigna, we create living spaces where people with disabilities can live with joy, dignity and self-determination. In our residential group with direct access to the park, you will accompany twelve adult residents and lead a committed, interdisciplinary team of twelve specialists. Your activities Your working day is varied: You lead your team professionally and personally, ensure individual care and support according to educational principles, and jointly design care and support plans with your team that consider the person as a whole. You plan and coordinate the daily routine, conduct conversations with relatives, doctors and authorities, organize services and lead team meetings, in which exchange and development are promoted. You actively participate in the team leadership group and in higher-level processes, thus contributing to the further development of the residential area. About a third of your time, you are actively in contact with the residents - because you know that proximity to practice and genuine encounters are the basis for quality and team culture. What you bring You have a degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH or nursing specialist HF/FH and have several years of experience in accompanying people with disabilities or in long-term care. But most importantly, this work makes sense to you and fulfills you with joy. Leadership experience is a requirement, but more important to us is your attitude: empathy, humor, openness and the passion to take responsibility and motivate and strengthen others. You are resilient, independent, flexible and enjoy working in a team. You live a convincing, sustainable team culture and have clear procedures for optimizing and maintaining processes and working methods.
