Front Desk Agent

Hotel Regina Titlis – Trademark Collection by Wyndham is a 4-star hotel with 128 rooms in the heart of Engelberg. Starting from the 2026/2027 winter season, we are looking for a committed and warm personality as a Front Desk Agent to strengthen our front office team.

Your tasks:

• Warm welcome and professional care of our international guests
• Execution of check-in and check-out
• Processing of reservations, inquiries, and guest correspondence
• Personal and telephone advice for guests
• Providing information about the hotel, Engelberg, and the leisure activities of the region
• Processing guest requests and complaints
• Management of the hotel cash desk and preparation of guest invoices
• Ensuring a correct handover to the next shift
• Close cooperation with housekeeping, reservation, service, and other departments
• Compliance with our quality and service standards

Your profile:

• Completed training in the hotel industry or corresponding professional experience
• Experience at the front office and with Opera Cloud is essential
• Strong hospitality and service orientation
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Good German and English skills; other languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of common Office programs
• Experience with a hotel management system is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
