Independent management of creditor accounting Processing of incoming invoices, company credit cards and expenses using workflow (BLP) Preparation and processing of payment flows including determination of foreign currency requirements Reconciliation and maintenance of creditor accounts and assistance with monthly and annual closures Assistance in optimizing, further developing and digitizing internal processes in the financial area Mutual representation within the finance team Close cooperation with colleagues in the finance team, the head of finance and accounting, and other departments in the company What do you bring to the position? Completed commercial basic training KV trainee (with accounting experience) or 1-2 years of professional experience in creditor accounting, preferably in an SME Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software (Microsoft D365 and/or BLP an advantage) Structured and independent way of working with an eye for detail Team-oriented and committed personality with pleasure in exact and reliable work Why should you choose the -family?
