Join the Fondation des Maisons de Retraite du district d’Aigle, a human institution of 240 collaborators managing 190 beds and 28 places in a Centre d'Accueil Temporaire (CAT). A major player in health in the Chablais vaudois, our foundation is constantly evolving, notably with the construction of a new establishment in Bex planned for 2028. Your missions
Organize and guarantee the quality of care: Assess needs, plan, administer, and supervise nursing care, ensuring its quality, safety, and continuity.
Organize and coordinate care activities: Define priorities, coordinate the daily organization of care, and ensure management adapted to the evolution of the residents' health status.
Supervise and support the healthcare team: Guide and supervise ASSC, health auxiliaries, students, and trainees in their daily activities.
Coordinate care management and collaborate in a network: Ensure the link with the interdisciplinary team, attending physicians, families, and external partners.
guarantee traceability and clinical follow-up: Ensure the quality of transmissions, the updating of care processes, and the rigorous maintenance of the resident's computerized file (Carefolio)
Required profile
Interest in the elderly: Strong interest in geriatrics and psychogeriatrics; initial experience in an EMS is an asset
Interpersonal skills & Posture: Calm, soothing character, capacity for listening, perspective, and a sharp sense of responsibility.
Organization and leadership: Ability to prioritize, coordinate care, support the team, and make decisions adapted to clinical situations.
Team spirit: Ease in interdisciplinary collaboration and in relations with residents, relatives, and partners.
Digital skills: Mastery of institutional IT tools and ease in maintaining the resident's computerized file (DIR/Carefolio).
Level of training
Bachelor HES-SO in Nursing required (or equivalence registered with the Swiss Red Cross).Additional training (an asset): Holder of a CAS (Praticien·ne Formateur·trice, Psycho-gériatrie, Soins palliatifs) or HPCI training.
