Your responsibilities <br /> • You handle customer requests and complaints and you find solutions quickly and with ease. • You provide complete and competent advice regarding assortment and service, which encompasses both our offline and online offers. • You place orders for our customers in the online shop using a tablet, thus offering a unique and complete shopping experience. • You are the contact person for complaints and returns in the online shop. • You are an expert regarding our Manor World Mastercard and our loyalty programs. • You assume general administrative tasks in the back-office. <br /> Your profile <br /> • Ideally, you possess a complete basic training in retail or in the commercial sector. • You have experience in an equivalent activity, preferably within a Customer Service. • You are a communicative person and you like being in contact with different categories of people. • You are capable of managing high customer traffic and you maintain an overview even in the most hectic situations. • You like working in a team and you attach importance to a neat presentation and exemplary behavior. • You have good IT knowledge and you use common Office applications with ease. • You speak French fluently and preferably have knowledge of another national language. • You have an irreproachable extract from the debt enforcement register and an extract from the criminal record. <br /> Our offer <br /> • Personal discount ranging from 10 to 25% on all product groups, including Manora restaurants and supermarkets • Training and development programs for all levels and all functions • Between 5 to 7 weeks of vacation per year • 3 weeks of paid paternity leave \& up to 4 months of additional unpaid maternity leave possible • Possibility of a sabbatical of 1 to 6 months from the 3rd year of service • Internal pension fund with a very solid coverage rate and a remuneration of savings above average <br /> Interested?
