Your task

• Receipt, recording, and processing of inquiries and service orders
• Competent advice and support for our customers and internal contact persons
• Appointment monitoring and coordination with the Sales, Production, and Shipping departments
• Order processing as well as scheduling of our service technicians, installers, and freelancers
• Processing of customer complaints
• Control of work reports
• Recording of spare part orders from service technicians and installers
• Correspondence in German and French

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with technical understanding or technical basic training with commercial further training
• Stylistically confident German skills in speaking and writing
• Good French skills in speaking and writing (B2)
• Good MS Office skills and IT affinity
• Customer-oriented, carefully working, and proactive personality
