Chef de rang

In this role, you will be responsible for the regular conduct of service in our à la carte restaurants. You will work autonomously, from taking orders to processing payments, guaranteeing assistance and advice to guests at the highest levels. Your responsibilities will also include complaint management, handled with professionalism and a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction. For this position, the following is required: • Completed professional training as a waiter/waitress or in the catering sector. • Experience in a similar position in the high-end catering sector. • Polished appearance and polite manners. • Autonomy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility. • Stress resistance, flexibility and enthusiasm. • Respectful attitude towards colleagues and superiors. • Good knowledge of German and English. Knowledge of Italian and/or French constitutes a preferential qualification.
