External After-Sales Service Technician (M/F)

Contract: Full-time (100%) Location: Our workshop is located in Gals. We operate in French-speaking Switzerland. To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented After-Sales Service Technician. Your mission Reporting to and working in close collaboration with the operations manager, you ensure the performance and reliability of our customers' equipment. Your responsibilities include: • Maintenance & Repair: Carrying out revisions, troubleshooting, and maintenance work on machines, directly on-site at the customer or within our workshop • Diagnosis: Quickly identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical breakdowns and malfunctions • Advice & Training: Accompanying, advising, and training customers to ensure optimal and safe use of their machines • Technical follow-up: Preparing spare parts lists and documenting interventions for the preparation of future repair offers Your profile • Training: Holder of a CFC in automation, polymechanic, or a title deemed equivalent • Experience: Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar after-sales service technician position • Key skills: Mastery of machine tool programming (specific experience with Fanuc is indispensable) and excellent proficiency with IT tools • Languages: French as a native language, good knowledge of English and/or German is a plus • License: Category B driver's license mandatory (regular travel to be expected) Your soft skills You are an ingenious, versatile person who is deeply passionate about technology.
