Your tasks

In Project Management, you are responsible for the planning, control and successful implementation of demanding ICT projects. In doing so, you coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality targets and accompany customers through the entire project lifecycle.

In Service Management, you are responsible for ensuring and continuously optimizing the agreed ICT services. You monitor service levels, analyze key figures and control incident, problem, change and release processes.

You have experience in ICT project and service management, good knowledge of ITIL as well as a structured, analytical and customer-oriented way of working. Strong communication skills, organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations round off your profile.

Your profile

• Higher vocational education FA/HF or equivalent
• Several years of experience in ICT project and service management
• Sound knowledge of incident, problem, change and release management according to ITIL and project management methods
• Understanding of service processes as well as SLA and KPI control
• Strong communication, leadership and social competence
• High customer and service orientation
• Organizational talent as well as experience in budget and resource management
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• Place of work: Bern or Emmenbrücke
