December with option for extension About the position For our client, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Quality Specialist (m/f/d) who supports the supply chain organization in the efficient and GMP-compliant management of change management processes. The focus of this role is on the coordination and support of Change Requests and Concept Changes within TrackWise, as well as on the further development of standardized quality processes and working methods. In this function, you will work closely with various specialist departments and contribute significantly to establishing sustainable standards, processes, and documentation for quality-relevant supply chain activities. Your tasks Responsibility for the coordination and support of GMP-relevant Change Requests and Concept Changes in the TrackWise system Ensuring timely and regulatory-compliant processing of changes throughout the entire lifecycle Support with impact assessments, risk analyses, and implementation plans in close cooperation with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders Monitoring ongoing change activities as well as proactive follow-up of open measures and deadlines Ensuring complete and GMP-compliant documentation, review, approval, and closure of Change Controls Development, maintenance, and standardization of SOPs, work instructions, and process standards for recurring supply chain quality processes Identification of best practices and lessons learned, as well as their implementation into sustainable and standardized working methods Support of governance activities as well as creation of reportings and key figures in the area of Change Management Advising and supporting specialist departments regarding TrackWise processes, documentation requirements, and quality standards Continuous identification and implementation of improvement opportunities within the quality-relevant supply chain processes Support during audits, inspections, and measures to ensure audit and inspection readiness Your profile Several years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in the areas of Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or Supply Chain Quality Practical experience in the management of: Change Controls Change Requests Concept Changes Deviations CAPAs Very good understanding of GMP guidelines, quality management systems (QMS), and regulatory documentation requirements Experience in the creation and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation Experience with TrackWise is a clear advantage Strong analytical and organizational skills Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Strong communication skills as well as experience in working with different stakeholders Ability to drive tasks independently in a dynamic and partly remote-oriented environment What awaits you Exciting task in a GMP-regulated and international environment High degree of personal responsibility and close cooperation with various specialist departments Opportunity to actively shape and sustainably improve quality processes Work in a motivated and quality-oriented team Fixed-term employment until the end of December with potential extension jpidec969d7jm jit0834jm jiy26jm
