For our customer in the Zurich region, we are looking for a Customer-Service Consultant 80-100%

Your tasks
=============

• Telephone support and advice for customers regarding questions about invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts
• Processing inquiries regarding credits, refunds, and offsets
• Arranging installment payments and deferrals according to the applicable guidelines
• Implementation of connection suspensions as well as unblocking
• Correction and cancellation of invoices after appropriate verification
• Identifying customer needs and active support with suitable solutions, for example when switching to online payments, using self-service offers, or adjusting payment methods
• Ensuring service-oriented and professional customer care

Your profile

• Experience in customer service, contact center, or in a commercial environment is an advantage
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and finding solutions
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Empathic, friendly, and professional manner of communication
• Interest in finance, invoicing, and payment topics
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (C2)
• Swiss German skills at least level B1
• Confident handling of IT systems as well as quick comprehension
