Tasks • Leadership: Lead and develop six direct reports as well as approximately 30 employees. Promote a leadership culture focused on performance and recognition, where individual responsibility, collaboration, and continuous development are experienced. • Production: Overall responsibility for the paper processing sector with three production facilities - including one ultra-modern new facility - as well as managing a production sector in 3 shifts. Ensure safe, economical, and smooth production operations. • Optimization: Analyze relevant indicators, identify potential for improvement, and continuously develop processes, procedures, and standards with an emphasis on efficiency, quality, and productivity. • Quality & Safety: Guarantee compliance with and continuous development of quality, safety, and environmental standards as well as promote a sustainable safety culture. • Collaboration: Work closely in an inter-departmental manner with planning, maintenance, quality, logistics, and production to ensure efficient and smooth processes. • Management Team: Actively participate as a member of the management team in the strategic and operational development of the site as well as in designing the future of Cartaseta AG. Profile • Education: Completed basic technical training as well as additional training at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification in the fields of production, process engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a related field. • Leadership experience: Several years of experience in a comparable management function within a production industrial company as well as the pleasure of promoting and developing employees. • Production: Experience in the paper industry or a comparable manufacturing industry as well as a good understanding of production processes, Lean Management, and continuous improvement processes. • Personality: Entrepreneurial spirit, high personal responsibility as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic way of working. Decision-making and the ability to assert choices associated with a respectful leadership attitude. • Communication: Developed social skills as well as the ability to connect different stakeholder groups and to successfully accompany changes. • Language: Very good knowledge of German orally and in writing as well as good knowledge of English is an advantage.
