What you accomplish
Manage the entire recruitment process, from the identification of needs to the integration of new employees
Analyze recruitment needs, challenge sought-after profiles and recommend the most relevant approaches in order to support managers in their choices
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and practices
Develop the strategy and implement concrete actions to strengthen our attractiveness as an employer
Create engaging content highlighting our professions, our culture and our working environment
Develop and strengthen our visibility on recruitment platforms, professional social networks as well as during forums, fairs and other events
Ensure active market monitoring and propose new initiatives to attract the talents of today and tomorrow
What you bring
Education: Completed initial or continuing education
Specialization: in a relevant field (HR, Psychology, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent)
Professional experience: Solid experience in Employer Branding, ideally complemented by recruitment practice
Good mastery of digital tools, job boards and professional social networks
Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Positive and proactive personality, recognized for the ability to establish relationships of trust and to support change
Creative, innovative and results-oriented spirit
Great flexibility, natural curiosity and strong ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment
Availability to travel to the various Group sites (French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland)
