Within a reference structure active on a national scale, you will join a specialized team intervening directly with hotel establishments and restaurants. As part of this function combining field work, analysis and consulting, you will be required to independently carry out visits to companies in the sector, analyze various operational and administrative situations as well as establish reports and recommendations intended for stakeholders. As a true local interlocutor, you will support establishment managers on various themes related to the management of their activity and the application of the contractual provisions specific to the sector. Thanks to your ability to listen, your diplomacy and your professional credibility, you will be able to establish a constructive dialogue with various interlocutors while guaranteeing a rigorous, objective and impartial approach. You will also participate in the processing of specific files, the establishment of detailed reports, the performance of analyses as well as different transversal projects and work. This function offers great autonomy, a high diversity of interventions as well as privileged contacts with the main actors of the hotel-catering industry in French-speaking Switzerland.

Profile sought

From the hotel or catering sector, you benefit from recognized training from a hotel school or an equivalent curriculum, completed by solid operational and managerial experience in hotel-catering which has allowed you to acquire an in-depth understanding of field realities and the organizational, administrative and human challenges related to the HORECA sector. You also benefit from an excellent knowledge of the local economic fabric, the actors of the sector as well as a mastery of the main legal and contractual frameworks governing hotel-catering in Switzerland. You possess excellent writing skills, demonstrate rigor in analysis and are recognized for your listening skills, your diplomacy as well as your interpersonal ease. Used to working independently, you know how to show discernment, firmness and credibility when facing various interlocutors. Possessing a strong sense of professional ethics and a pragmatic approach, you appreciate functions combining field work, analysis and consulting. Mastery of French is indispensable. Solid knowledge of German constitutes an essential prerequisite for this function, as does possession of a valid driver's license.
