As a Service Owner, you take over the support for your services, steer their further development and ensure sustainable benefit through entrepreneurial thinking. Service Owner (w/m/d) WHAT YOU DO You take responsibility for the operation and further development of IT services or build new services You plan and steer the service costs, including budgeting, forecasting, recharging (service-to-service) and controlling You take care of license management (orders, renewals, compliance), act as the link to our partners and ensure cost transparency You create and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external customers and ensure their compliance You work closely with internal specialist departments, external partners as well as the IT organization and bring together requirements, developments and changes in a structured manner You maintain, together with the Product Manager, a strategy as well as a roadmap for the further development of your IT service WHAT YOU BRING Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration (FH/HF/FA) or a comparable qualification Experience in IT Service Management, application management or in a comparable role Interest and/or experience in financial management (budget responsibility, cost management, recharging models) Experience in creating and managing SLAs is a plus ITIL Foundation certification or the willingness to acquire it A self-reliant, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as high initiative Ownership is not just a term for you, but an attitude that you live daily Strong communication skills in German (oral and written) and pleasure in exchanging with various stakeholders WHO WE ARE We at Bison do not want to become your new family.
