As Shift Leader Production, you will take responsibility for the personnel and technical leadership of the directly subordinate employees in a 4-shift operation. You will conduct employee evaluations, deal with absence management, plan and coordinate training for employees, and, in coordination with the Value Stream Manager, be responsible for ensuring compliant order processing through sound deployment planning. Shift Leader Production | 100% # Ref-Nr. 7812 Work location: Solothurn Your main tasks ### • Personnel and technical leadership of the directly subordinate employees including conducting employee evaluations • Daily deployment planning of personnel resources to ensure compliant order processing • Planning, organization and coordination of training and qualification measures • Active implementation of internal absence management • Responsible for conducting the shopfloor as well as ensuring the key figures and data quality on the shopfloor • Ensuring quality, process and documentation requirements as well as consistent compliance with and modeling of GMP guidelines Your profile ### • Completed basic technical training (e.g. as an equipment operator, polymechanic, production mechanic, plastics technologist EFZ or comparable) • Further training as a process specialist or a comparable qualification is an advantage • At least 3 years of experience in shift operation in an industrial production environment • Several years of leadership experience in a comparable function (at least 5 years), ideally in highly automated production • Very good German skills in speaking and writing (C1) • Willingness to work in a 4-shift operation
