Facility Management Coordinator (m/f/d) Workplace Corcelles and travel to sites Activity rate 80-100% Start date To be agreed What awaits you <br /> • Preparation and monitoring of offers for various mandates • Invoice proposals and documentation • Updating the database (clients/locations/objects) • Supplier orders and annual EBN • Management of supplier invoices • Guarantor of client documentation and team meetings • Coordination of communication Teams/OM/FSM Time planning and validation of hours, monitoring of hour objectives • Organization of holiday and sick leave replacements • Monitoring team training (onboarding) and organization of missing sessions • Provision of uniforms • Monitoring compliance with procedures by our employees (quality controls) • Branch logistics <br /> What you bring <br /> • Diploma or CFC as a commercial employee and/or continuing education in the administrative field • Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the service sector • French as a native language, perfect knowledge of English and German is an asset • Excellent IT skills (MS Office) • Very good spelling and writing skills • Comfort with numbers • Sense of service and team spirit <br /> Ready for us?
