Your missions

• You support job seekers in order to reintegrate them into the labor market
• You detect barriers to reintegration and deploy strategies aimed at returning to employment
• You coach job seekers in order to develop their employability
• You monitor compliance with legal obligations
• You collaborate with internal and external partners, and develop adequate synergies

Desired profile

• 3-year CFC or higher professional training at tertiary level and a federal diploma in HR or social insurance (training possible while employed)
• Several years of professional experience in the fields of consulting and placement, professional reintegration or human resources
• Specific knowledge in the fields of social insurance and the labor market
• Ability to manage advisory interviews in different forms (in person, by telephone or by video), leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to adapt, listen and resistance to stress
• Excellent mastery of digital tools and platforms
• Mastery of the German or French language, with very good knowledge of the other language (bilingual)
