For our small nationally and internationally oriented service company (Lawyer / Fiduciary / Family Office) in the center of Zürich, due to the retirement of the previous job holder, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality as of immediately, as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as

Commercial Clerk / Administration (40%)

on two working days per week

Your tasks:

• Organization of the secretariat and general administrative support
• Telephone contact with clients, banks and authorities
• Appointment scheduling as well as organization of meetings
• Receiving, forwarding and processing incoming telephone calls and general correspondence
• Management and filing of dossiers
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
• Reception and support of female and male clients
• General administrative and organizational tasks
• Bank payments
• Further tasks depending on suitability and interest

Your profile:

You have completed commercial training and are characterized by a service-oriented, friendly and reliable personality. You work independently, carefully and responsibly and maintain an overview even in intensive work situations.

Stylistically confident German, good English skills as well as very good MS Office user skills are required. Further language skills are an advantage.
