Your mission: As a planner, you are at the heart of activity coordination: Organize and optimize the schedules of help and care staff Ensure the follow-up of information related to clients, collaborators, and interventions Manage daily adjustments (unforeseen events, absences, emergencies) Support the team through various administrative tasks Guarantee fluid communication between the different stakeholders your profile: CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent. Experience in planning and activity management. Ability to adapt to change and excellent stress management. Keen sense of organization. Comfortable in dynamic and constantly evolving environments. Good management of priorities, rigor, flexibility, and dynamism. Capacity for analysis and problem solving. Interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork. Good mastery of usual office tools.
