Main responsibilities Lead the SAP HCM migration project to Success Factor while respecting the budget, deliverables, and deadlines. Coordinate the different project stakeholders (integrator, IT, BPO, local HR). Ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of HR data and monitor it. Keep the global organizational structure up to date. Provide support to local HR on global HR processes and system use. Accompany the different system users through change.
