ICT Support Specialist Maintain systems remotely and keep an eye on ICT solutions – without on-site customer assignments. As part of further team expansion, we are commissioned to approach you as an ICT Support Specialist In this role, based at the Bassersdorf location, you will significantly support the ICT infrastructures and networks of customers via remote support and ensure the operation of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will process support cases and customer requests from 1st to 3rd level, proactively monitor system performance, and perform error analyses. In doing so, you will be in regular exchange with your team colleagues and responsible contact persons on the customer side. With your technical expertise, reliability, and fast reaction speed, you ensure high customer satisfaction in remote operations and professionally accompany change management processes. You have a completed IT education (EFZ) and bring several years of experience in system technology and ICT support, preferably in an IT consulting company. Sound knowledge of Microsoft products as well as client, network, and server solutions (on-premises and cloud), supplemented by broad knowledge in virtualization, cyber security, and storage, distinguish you. You work independently, structured, and customer-oriented, and convince through strong communication skills and very good German and Swiss German skills.
