Clinic Les Alpes is a private care establishment whose main goal is to care for and assist patients suffering from addiction problems (alcohol, drugs, gambling, etc.) and mental health issues (depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, etc.) The orientation of the dishes of the Head Chef of this renowned establishment is intended to be refined and respectful of what nature has to offer. Evolving with the seasons and the expectations of clients coming from various backgrounds is an everyday challenge.
