Receptionist (m/f)

To strengthen our reception team, we are looking for you starting in September Are you open, warm, motivated and passionate about offering our guests a special stay from arrival to departure? Do you know your way around the Berner Oberland, ideally in the Jungfrau-Region, and would like to pass on your tips to our always interested guests? Do you speak French in addition to German and English? Then you are exactly right for us! Your tasks include: Correspondence and care of our German, English and French-speaking guests Check-in / Check-out Working in the reception area/office with the reservation system RMS, cash system SAP and MS Office All administrative work arising in the reception area as well as other administrative activities such as preparing arrivals etc. Receiving and processing telephone calls and e-mails Close cooperation with the team in the food shop, e.g. assisting with checking out purchases as well as daily closing work in the shop Creative participation in the operation – your suggestions and ideas are welcome at any time!
