• 03 August 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich What you accomplish: • Verification of the obligation to provide benefits according to the insurance conditions (illness, accident, providence) as well as processing the coverage of costs and claims • Control, billing and, if necessary, contesting of veterinary invoices • Answering questions asked by telephone and by email by the insured, the service providers and the authorities - in a friendly and understandable manner, even in complex situations • Pleasure in advising new potential clients (inbound & outbound) as well as developing tailor-made offers for new and existing clients • Drafting correspondence, processing insured data and contracts and guaranteeing other administrative tasks Why you succeed: • In addition to a successful basic training in the medical field (e.g. MPA) or a commercial training with basic medical knowledge, you ideally bring several years of professional experience in the processing of benefits and/or customer advice in the veterinary field • You have completed a VBV training ( "Non-Life" certificate) or are ready to follow it • You convince our female and male clients with your efficient, committed and service-oriented way of working • Great ease of communication on the telephone and by e-mail as well as a friendly and professional attitude complete your profile, even in demanding situations you keep an overview and remain calm • With your service requirement and your knowledge in insurance, you ensure a positive customer experience and actively contribute to the improvement of our processes • You communicate fluently orally and in writing in German, Italian and English Among our progressive working conditions include notably: • Flexible annual working time model with at least 5 weeks of leave • Modern offices located in urban areas • Generous regulation for working from home • Participation in the health insurance package • Contributions to the pension fund well above the legal minimum • Future questions and a wide range of initial and continuous training
