Your tasks * Independent planning, preparation, and cooking of meals in the warm kitchen, especially as Entremetier as well as for cold and warm free-flow buffets * Flexible deployment at various kitchen stations and active support of the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations * Organization of your own station including mise en place as well as ensuring a constantly high quality in the preparation, presentation, and serving of meals * Technical guidance and support of kitchen employees and apprentices in daily kitchen operations * Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards including the intended cleaning work according to the hygiene plan. Working hours: Monday to Friday, : or :; occasional evening shifts at events by arrangement. Your profile * Completed vocational training as Koch/Köchin EFZ * Several years of practical professional experience in a professional kitchen * Sound knowledge of vegetarian and vegan cuisine as well as enjoyment in preparing varied and high-quality dishes * Independent, flexible, and quality-conscious way of working as well as the readiness to take responsibility at different kitchen stations * Strong service and customer orientation, team spirit, and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders * Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as a valid driver's license category B.
