What you will do

• Guest care
• Smooth check-in / check-out
• Receiving and forwarding all incoming internal as well as external telephone calls
• Complaint handling as well as email correspondence
• Acceptance and forwarding of Room Service orders

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or initial experience in a similar position
• Guest- and service-oriented with an eye for detail as well as impeccable manners
• Proficient in German and English, any further language is an advantage
• Organizational talent, independent and clean way of working
• Knowledge of the operating system Opera is an advantage

Your place of work

Your new workplace is located in Pratteln. The Hotel Courtyard by Marriott was completely renovated in October 2023 and includes 175 generously equipped rooms and suites, a modern conference and banquet area as well as an inviting guest restaurant. You work in a 7-day operation, depending on the duty roster. You are available flexibly in the evenings and on weekends.
