The role and responsibilities Lead a team of MSP: general organization and planning in production and support tasks Coordinate and ensure the production of the Technical unit (writing offers, invoicing, planning work and orders, animating organizational sessions) Ensure the management of the unit's beneficiary projects: animate network sessions, control deadlines and project quality and related documents, support MSP in managing extraordinary situations. Contribute to organizational development and quality management (control the quality of work done and ensure quality follow-up as well as the development of new procedures) Ensure the support of students in training in collaboration with the Unit Managers Manage or collaborate in the management of sector and unit projects (Organization of year-end party, development of concepts or procedures, creation of working groups) Research and develop new adapted activities as well as new partnerships. (research and development of new products and their promotion / marketing) The Profile CFC Carpenter – foreman's certificate or equivalent training with experience in estimating (bids) Socioprofessional Master/Mistress training ES, completed by continuous training in team management or equivalent training Confirmed experience in managing a team of 8 collaborators and monitoring production Ability to apply the PPH model in daily practice for beneficiaries with intellectual disabilities Ease in communication, interpersonal relationships and team work Mastery of common computer tools FPP training would be an asset.
