Restaurant Consultant Westschweiz 80–100 % (w/m/d) – Remote / Oensingen, Schweiz

As a Restaurant Consultant, you play a central role in the successful cooperation with our customers. You strengthen personal contact on-site, understand the needs of customers thanks to your restaurant experience and sound knowledge of operational processes, and derive pragmatic solutions from them. Through your analytical way of thinking, communication strength, and your understanding of the processes in system gastronomy, you contribute significantly to optimally aligning our services and supply chain solutions with the requirements of the restaurants and sustainably increasing their business success.

In this role, you support our customers in Westschweiz and the Mittelland. Therefore, it is a requirement that you are proficient in both German and French and are ideally at home in this region to support customers efficiently and personally on-site.

Your tasks

• Regular customer visits and independent planning of on-site appointments
• Capturing customer needs as well as coordination of internal measures
• Proactive consulting based on data analyses and reports
• Introduction of new processes and services at the customer
• Conducting training for customer employees
• Documentation of all activities in the CRM system

Your profile

• Completed vocational training
• At least 2 years in a leading position in restaurant management (1. Assistant or Restaurant Manager)
• Communicative personality and high customer orientation
• Analytical and process-oriented way of working
• Very good Excel skills
• Very good MyStore and HAVI-Connect knowledge
• German & French business fluent; English is an advantage
• Resident in the region Westschweiz or Mittelland
