We are looking for one of our clients specialized in architecture, interior decoration and notably window display decoration / layouts:

-A Manufacturing and Logistics Manager (M/F)

The manufacturing and logistics manager organizes, pilots and optimizes the activity in order to guarantee safety, quality, compliance with deadlines and control of manufacturing and shipping costs.

He supervises the managers of the carpentry, resin casting, laser cutting and plotter teams, as well as the logistics, methods and industrialization teams. He monitors performance, anticipates production needs, and deploys a continuous improvement approach in close coordination with other departments.

Job Description ##

• Team management: supervise, motivate and develop the skills of the teams
• Planning and organization: manage priorities, resources and production deadlines
• Mastery of manufacturing and shipping processes: Carpentry, resin casting, painting, cutting, logistics
• Performance piloting: Implement indicators for quality, costs, deadlines and productivity
• Problem solving and continuous improvement: identify malfunctions and implement corrective actions.

Profile sought ##

• Proven experience in team management
• Ability to work transversally with other departments
• Knowledge of Lean Management methods
• Experience with an ERP, preferably SAP S4
• Interest in craftsmanship
• Sense of quality
• Leadership: unite teams and provide clear direction.
• Rigor: ensure compliance with procedures, standards and objectives.
• Reactivity: know how to manage unforeseen events and emergencies quickly.
