This is how you shape health with ### • Planning and development of target-group-specific learning offers for employees in sales (private and corporate customers) • Implementation of specialist and sales training - both online and in person - including professional preparation and follow-up as well as participant support • Participation in the enabling of employees with regard to certifications and recertifications according to the Insurance Supervision Act (VAG) • Design of digital learning content and blended learning formats using modern didactic approaches • Evaluation of the effectiveness of training using key figures (e.g., feedback, transfer) and derivation of concrete improvement measures • Further development of the learning path for new and existing employees in the Market Academy • Advising and supporting internal speakers in the planning, implementation, and optimization of their training formats (Train-the-Trainer) • Ensuring quality and continuity in training operations, including taking over internal team representation • Support in organizational course management (participant coordination, feedback process, SharePoint, LMS) What distinguishes you ### • Completed vocational training or studies, ideally in adult education, communication, business administration, or social sciences • Demonstrable knowledge in the insurance sector, ideally with practical experience in sales • Further training in the field of adult education, e.g., SVEB certificate, is an advantage • Experience in the conception, implementation, and evaluation of training, ideally in a sales or customer service environment • Confident handling of didactic concepts and learning technologies (e.g., blended learning, e-learnings, microlearning) • Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with different target groups and stakeholders • High level of independence and sense of responsibility in the planning and implementation of tasks • Team orientation, openness to feedback, and willingness for continuous further development • Proficient German skills in speaking and writing Your place of work ### Römerstrasse 37, 8400 Winterthur
