Then do not wait any longer and join us!* We are looking for the CMS of Moudon, for an ASSC at 50-80% Mission : • Collaborate in the medico-social care project (support in the form of assistance and care) based on respect for the principle of the person's autonomy. • Participate in monitoring the evolution of the client's situation, in collaboration with the client, the entourage, the interdisciplinary team and the treating physicians. • Provide clients with services such as basic care, nursing care, household assistance and family assistance. Profile : • Hold a CFC as ASSC. • Have, if possible, experience in home care. • Be available to work during the day, in the evening and on weekends. • Be able to work autonomously and interdisciplinary. • Hold a driver's license and possess a vehicle (possibility of using a professional vehicle).
