a Lecturer and Researcher 70% The University of Lucerne is a modern, personal and dynamic university of human sciences in the heart of Switzerland and Europe. Following the guiding principle «Moving Human Sciences», we focus on people and their institutions with six faculties and two academies. Our ambition is to develop the University of Lucerne into a forward-looking and internationally visible center of research and teaching in the field of human sciences. This also applies to our oldest faculty, whose roots date back to the late 16th century. The focus «Leadership & Purpose» of the Theological Faculty of the University of Lucerne is seeking a Lecturer and Researcher 70% as of October 1, 2026, or by agreement. We are looking for a scientific personality who can shape research and teaching in the field of tension between theology and leadership independently and bring themselves in as a dialogical sparring partner in an innovative, interdisciplinary construction context. The focus works with a dialogical research approach, in which knowledge is co-creatively created and further developed between disciplines. We are looking for a personality who actively supports this form of joint knowledge development. The position is integrated into the small team «Theology and Leadership» as well as with international partners and enables content-related and methodological exchange among researchers. The goal is to further develop the focus on Theology and Leadership as an internationally visible location for innovative, dialogical leadership research.
