Your tasks

• Receipt and processing of orders in the customer shop
• Technical advice and support for our customers on site
• Processing of customer inquiries in the online chat
• Processing of repair orders
• Processing of customer complaints
• Order and appointment monitoring
• Checking and preparation of collection goods
• Rental of measuring devices including creation of test protocols
• Link between customers, suppliers, and internal departments

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an Electrical Installer EFZ
• Enjoyment of personal customer contact and consulting
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented personality
• Networked and solution-oriented way of thinking
