What you do Carefully, professionally, and autonomously manage an assigned client portfolio, and ensure coordination with the other relevant departments. Ensure the implementation of new affiliations, contract takeovers, and changes to pension plans, as well as the execution of portfolio changes (entries, exits, salary changes). Maintain trusting relationships on a daily basis with the insured, companies, and commercial partners. Work in close collaboration with the sales and distribution teams. What you bring Training in the insurance or financial services sector. A social insurance certificate or the federal certificate of specialist in pension benefits for personnel is an asset. At least two years of experience in the field of occupational pensions as well as in supporting companies and partners. Strong customer orientation, with an autonomous, structured, and rigorous way of working. Good command of common IT tools, notably Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent command of French, both oral and written. Knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
