You lead and accompany a team of 11 Gestionnaires LAA.
You combine local management and operational activity by participating in the processing of files and bringing your expertise to the team on a daily basis.

What you bring to HOTELA:
Confirmed experience in the leadership and development of teams.
A solid expertise in the field of social insurances, ideally in accident insurance (LAA).
A Brevet fédéral in social insurances or a training and experience deemed equivalent.
Training in management or proven experience in a supervisory role.
You have an excellent command of French orally and in writing. Knowledge of German represents an advantage for evolving in our bilingual environment. Italian also constitutes an asset.
You enjoy developing the skills of your team, creating a climate of trust and accompanying change.
You have a pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented approach.
